Cheek Augmentation

Loss of volume in the cheeks can cause your face to flatten and sag. This in turn can lead to the formation of jowls and more prominent nasolabial folds. In order to lift the skin and restructure the face, we use hyaluronic acid fillers to restore volume in the cheeks, reduce the appearance of jowls and soften nasolabial folds.

Am I a candidate for cheek fillers?

If you have lost volume in your cheeks and they seem flattened or if you would simply like to contour and enhance them for more prominent and defined cheekbones, then this treatment is for you.

What does the procedure entail?

A topical anaesthetic may be applied to your face in order to minimise any discomfort during the procedure.  Once the anaesthetic takes effect, your medical practitioner will administer hyaluronic acid into your cheek area using a needle or cannula.

Are there any side effects?

You may notice mild swelling and the area may feel tender to touch. This is a normal reaction and will subside in due course.

What will happen at my consultation?

You will have a free confidential consultation before any treatment with no obligation. This includes discussing your concerned areas, any expectations, side effects and the treatment process. A medical history will be taken to ensure safe and appropriate treatment.
