Fatima is the Creative Director and one of three co-founders of Face Studio Clinic. She graduated from the University of Bradford with a BSc (Hons) in Optometry in 2014 before transitioning into the world of advanced skin health, aesthetics, branding, and business development.
While her background began in healthcare, Fatima quickly discovered a passion for skin therapy, patient experience, and building a modern clinic brand that combined clinical excellence with elevated patient care. Over the years, she has undertaken advanced training with leading industry brands including HydraFacial, Dermapen, mesoestetic, ZO Skin Health, and Obagi, developing extensive knowledge in skin health and treatment planning for concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, and skin ageing.
Today, Fatima’s primary focus within the clinic is creative direction, business growth, patient experience, and team development. She plays a key role in shaping the overall vision of the clinic — from brand identity and marketing strategy to clinic growth, systems, training, and patient journey development.
As the driving force behind the clinic’s creative presence and digital platforms, Fatima is passionate about building a brand that feels modern, educational, design-led, and patient-focused. She works closely with the team to ensure the clinic continues to evolve whilst maintaining the highest standards across dental, skin, and facial aesthetics services.
Alongside her leadership role, Fatima remains deeply passionate about skin health education and continues to stay up to date with the latest industry innovations, products, and treatment techniques through ongoing accredited training and professional development.
Outside of the clinic, Fatima enjoys travelling, spending time with family, and finding inspiration through design, wellness, and global beauty trends.
