Jaya completed her undergraduate degree in Aesthetics, with a strong focus on advanced skin health, treatment modalities, and skin anatomy. Alongside her academic studies, she has undertaken additional training in ZO Skin Health, mesoestetic, microneedling, and Hydrafacial treatments, continuously expanding her clinical and industry knowledge.
Beginning her journey at Face Studio Clinic as part of the front-of-house team, Jaya quickly developed a strong understanding of how the clinic operates across dental, skin, and facial aesthetics services. Working closely alongside clinicians, therapists, and patients sparked a passion for business management, patient experience, and clinic growth.
Now working as Manager of New Business, Jaya plays a vital role within the clinic and is often the first point of contact for patients beginning their journey with us. Her role focuses on patient experience, treatment coordination, business development, and ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their time at the clinic.
Known for her warm approach, strong communication skills, and dedication to patient care, Jaya has a natural ability to build relationships and support the continued growth of the clinic.
Outside of work, Jaya enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, and playing netball — bringing the same competitive energy and team spirit into her role at the clinic.
